Overview

Under general supervision, responsibilities include answering all incoming calls, connecting calls, paging physicians, obtaining long-distance information, and providing patient information. Additional duties involve receiving class registration and physician referral calls, and potentially serving as Dispatcher for Safety and Security, Maintenance Departments, and offsite locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Telephone or customer service experience beneficial.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
