Human Resources Professional- Behavioral Health & Communication Focus

Case Medical is seeking a compassionate and strategic Human Resources Professional with training and experience in behavioral health, social work, and communication. This role is ideal for an HR leader who can balance organizational goals with a strong people-first approach, supporting employees while driving compliance, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and leadership to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and mediation.
• Design and deliver training programs that strengthen communication, leadership, and teamwork.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build high-performing teams.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with compliance standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed employee records inaccordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Champion employee wellness programs with an emphasis on behavioral health and well-being.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff to enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Communication, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven HR experience with a focus on employee relations and development.
• Training or experience in behavioral health, social work, or related disciplines strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain detailed employee records.
• Ability to balance strategic HR functions with empathetic, people-centered support.
