Role Description
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager - the executor who will transform strategy into a living, breathing stream of content. This role sits at the heart of our storytelling engine: turning ideas into a consistent flow of assets, campaigns, and educational content that build awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
If the CEO and marketing leadership shape the vision, you make sure the world hears it—clearly, consistently, and everywhere.
Your Mission
Build and run Reejig’s content engine. Write, produce, and orchestrate content across every channel, ensuring we show up with clarity, impact, and momentum.
What You’ll Do
Content Engine
- Write, edit, and produce content across blog, social, playbooks, video scripts, and thought leadership.
- Repurpose existing material (events, webinars, keynotes) into high-performing assets.
- Build and manage an always-on content calendar aligned to GTM priorities.
Campaign Execution
- Take strategy → channel orchestration across LinkedIn, email, website, press, and video.
- Brief design, video, and agency partners to execute with speed and polish.
- Own distribution and amplification, ensuring content reaches target audiences.
Market Storytelling
- Drive thought leadership content series, customer stories, and educational explainers.
- Create frameworks and assets that turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Partner with sales and ABM to ensure content flows into account-based plays and customer conversations.
Who You Are
- A hands-on content marketer who loves both creating and orchestrating.
- Equal parts storyteller and operator : you can write sharp copy and run multi-channel campaigns.
- Excited by building consistent, high-quality content that drives awareness and engagement.
- Skilled at taking visionary strategy and making it market-ready and repeatable.
- Comfortable with a mix of short-form (social, video, carousels) and long-form (guides, playbooks, case studies).
Qualifications
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing, demand gen, or similar roles.
- Proven track record running content calendars and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience briefing and working with designers, video editors, and agencies.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing, and owned content channels.
- Bonus: familiarity with ABM campaigns and thought leadership content.
