Overview

Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Associate Content Marketer to join our growing team!

As an Associate Content Marketer you will assist in coordinating teams for creating some of our raw digital content that will be used

specifically to generate interest in our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Review upcoming customer installations to pinpoint potential opportunities for filming.
• Communicate with our local offices to vet upcoming installations for potential filming opportunities.
• Coordinate freelance videographers to capture installation moments and communicate the needs for our marketing initiatives across the Esler Markets.
• Visit installations to film on a GoPro/cell phone. Installations may take place as early as 8am weekdays.
• Distribute raw content developed to our marketing partners for testing.
• Assist in maintaining and updating a “content calendar” to ensure a steady flow of marketing content is generated.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing content files using our internal “Image Relay” for our Sales Departments.
• Submit and track invoices from vendors for approval to be paid.
• Attend agency partner virtual meetings and work with our social media Agency to help understand our creative trends/needs.
• Write content for our digital campaigns including content needed for SEO, social media and other digital campaigns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, crossfunctional collaboration, and alignment.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content as instructed/needed.
• Strong communication, written, conversational and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience coordinating multiple teammates and managing schedules.
• 2-3 years field experience in photography/videography.
• Degree in marketing, photography, and/or videography preferred.
