Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Your Lighting Brand is a full-service Design, Marketing, and Software Company that exclusively services the Commercial and Industrial Lighting Community. Our brand design team assists clients in the Lighting Community with a full range of marketing needs, including design, strategy, execution, and ongoing maintenance.

The Project Coordinator will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our retainer client's design and marketing projects. Reporting directly to a Brand Manager, this individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving smooth project execution and requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to think conceptually. The Project Coordinator must be able to clearly communicate ideas and priorities, both internally to the team and externally to clients. Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs are essential in this role.

Target Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 annually

Primary Duties

  • Although you are not a designer, you believe in the power of design and build an ongoing awareness of the processes and styles required to achieve success on behalf of our clients.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to our client’s brand standards.
  • Develops and implements project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information with an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Works with the team to outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • You must create and foster positive working relationships with our internal creative team, proactively supporting their needs to deliver the best results.
  • Product delivery intake, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Assist with the management of retainer client profiles within The Lighting Exchange (our custom software).
  • Identify and address workflow gaps, proposing solutions to enhance resources, processes, and creative output.
  • Prioritize projects based on resource availability and department capacity to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the branding, design, or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of design and marketing principles to effectively support creative teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday, Basecamp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
  • Self-starter/ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing software and platforms.
