Position Summary

The Manager, Design – Creative Production Team is a versatile, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in bringing ideas to life across various channels. As part of Sam’s Club’s internal Creative Production Team, this individual will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high-quality, on-brand work supporting key marketing initiatives.

This role suits a skilled, fast-paced designer experienced in digital, print, signage, social media, and more, capable of executing within established brand systems while remaining adaptable and creative. Responsibilities include translating creative concepts into polished deliverables that align with project goals and resonate with members.

• Design assets across formats including digital, social, print, and signage.
• Collaborate with team members to develop cohesive, on-brand materials.
• Support campaigns by adhering to design systems and providing thoughtful solutions.
• Ensure design consistency across channels and formats.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing or retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence and understanding of brand systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 1+ years of experience in interactive design or 3+ years in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Content Management Systems, managing digital projects, working with creative agencies, and advanced skills in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
