Responsibilities
The TikTok LIVE SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok LIVE team. We aim to help TikTok's Small to Medium-Sized businesses (including merchants and creators) obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users.

Responsibilities:
-Streamer Recruitment & Growth.
-Identify and onboard high-potential SMB streamers, including converting existing platform creators and attracting external merchants to TikTok LIVE.
-Design and implement streamer education programs to improve live streaming skills, content quality, and audience engagement strategies.
-Performance Management.
-Monitor and optimize merchant performance metrics (e.g., live stream duration, activity rates, content consumption) to align with business targets.
-Track and analyze lead generation pipelines, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
-Merchant Operations & Support.
-Provide 1-on-1 coaching or community-driven support (e.g., workshops, resource hubs) to resolve live-streaming challenges and enhance operational capabilities.
-Build and manage SMB/creator communities to foster peer learning, best practice sharing, and long-term engagement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-3+ years in creator education, scaled operations, LIVE streaming, preferably within tech or digital content platforms.
-Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, good content sense, and a passion for live content.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to an international and diverse environment.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:
-Hands-on experience in community management, especially building or moderating creator/merchant communities (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp, or in-app groups).
-Existing network with local SMBs, LIVE creators, or influencers, and a passion for nurturing talent.
-Project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, analytics).
-Proven ability to train and mentor streamers, with a deep understanding of live content dynamics and audience engagement tactics.
-Good content sense—ability to identify trending formats, hooks, and monetization opportunities for SMBs.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
