What You'll Do as an Event Coordinator

As the face of our marketing campaigns, you’ll represent J&L onsite at local automotive dealerships. You’ll interact with customers, collect feedback, and help bring branded experiences to life.

  • Greet and engage with event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Represent J&L and our clients with energy and confidence
  • Collect data and customer insights for post-event reporting
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional attitude

Event Details

Location: Albany, NY 12205

When: Tuesday, 9/16/2025 - Wednesday, 9/17/2025

General Scheduling: Most automotive events take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday), with occasional opportunities on weekends. Events typically run for 1-3 consecutive days. Candidates must be flexible and available to work during the week.

We’re seeking responsible, outgoing individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Demonstrate friendliness and confident communication skills
  • Are detail-oriented and dependable
  • Are able to work independently and follow instructions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Have dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Own a Wi-Fi-capable laptop or tablet with a keyboard
