We are seeking a Graphic Designer who wants to broaden their experience and skill set. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is determined to make every project his or her absolute best. The candidate primarily develops and executes multi-regional digital and print marketing campaigns under the direction of the Graphic Design Supervisor. The candidate has a curious relationship with design and enjoys iteration and exploration to develop themselves and their designs.
Responsibilities:
- Create print and social media campaigns for clients
- Research and further innovate the design aesthetics for campaigns
- Develop solutions that engage audiences through typography, images, and layout
- Implement creative execution during all design stages of projects
- Take responsibility for owning, shaping, and developing creative projects
- Maintain the continuity and integrity of design projects
- Provide warm and friendly customer service to clients and team members
- Maintain the quality of designs in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members, providing and receiving constructive feedback
Qualifications:
- Required: link to your online portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (Certification or equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of print design and social media platform design
- Strong attention to detail and high creative standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
