Compensation Range: $80,000 - 85,000 per year
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for developing impactful visual materials. You will collaborate with other designers and marketing professionals to transform concepts into compelling packaging, displays, and promotional collateral. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute designs for a wide range of materials, including point-of-purchase (POP) displays, product packaging, and various marketing and promotional assets.
- Develop cohesive brand collateral, such as brand guidelines, brochures, and digital banners, while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Work closely with product development teams to design packaging for new items and refresh existing ones.
- Lead design projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring all deadlines and creative objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creative executions in both print and digital media.
- Proficiency in a MAC environment using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Samples: Must be able to present a portfolio to be considere.
