Assist in the creation and execution of digital and print design materials for Playhouse Square including website assets, social media graphics, email templates, event signage/marquees, and promotional campaigns that align with show and brand standards.
Collaborate with other designers, marketing and various departments to bring creative concepts to life in a visually engaging and brand-aligned way.
Assist with building and testing email templates using existing design and HTML resources.
Learn and apply Playhouse Square’s brand guidelines consistently across all design work.
Stay on top of trends in the advertising and design space.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and give/receive feedback in a collaborative environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor of Arts in graphic design, fine arts, digital design, or digital art required.
0–2 years of experience working as a graphic designer or equivalent position required.
Strong knowledge of graphic design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Adobe Spark,) required.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS optional
Experience with Email Marketing and/or Social Media Platforms required.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to take creative direction and communicate clearly with a variety of internal and external clients.
