Signage & Environmental Graphics Designer – Gaming, Hospitality, & Restaurants

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

I-5 Design Build specializes in creating high-impact, one-of-a-kind experiences for the Gaming, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage industries. From concept to completion, our in-house team of designers, architects, and construction professionals work together to deliver bold, innovative projects—on time and on budget. We’re seeking a Graphic & Environmental Signage Designer to help bring our projects to life through branding, marketing materials, and environmental graphics. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced designer who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Publication & Marketing Design
  • Design high-end brochures, magazines, and multi-page marketing pieces with a strong sense of hierarchy, pacing, and composition.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to design custom RFP/RFQ responses that are visually stunning, on-brand, and strategically aligned with client goals.
  • Develop firm-wide standard templates, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all materials.
  • Prepare and package final files for print and digital distribution with precision.
  • Branding & Identity Design
  • Develop full brand packages for restaurants and hospitality projects—including logos, color palettes, menus, signage concepts, and packaging.
  • Create mood boards, concept presentations, and brand guidelines that clearly communicate design intent.
  • Environmental Graphics & Murals
  • Use vector illustration and image editing software to design large-scale graphics, wall murals, and feature artwork for interior spaces.
  • Gather information specific to a region and create a one-of-a-kind art piece that connects with the locale.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in a design studio, architecture firm, or marketing environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign (essential).
  • Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop for branding and environmental graphics.
  • Portfolio demonstrating editorial design for print.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with signage, material finishes, or large-format print production.
  • Proficient in SketchUp & Revit.
  • Understanding of interior design, spatial design, or wayfinding.
