Your Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Graphic Design to lead the creative direction, development, and execution of apparel graphics across all product categories. This role requires a strong design sensibility, deep understanding of graphic trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling, commercially viable graphics. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can inspire a team, drive innovation, and partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class design solutions that resonate with our customer and elevate the brand

Your Impact

• Lead the seasonal concepting and execution of apparel graphics, ensuring alignment with brand vision, trend direction, and business strategy
• Oversee the end-to-end design process—from ideation and prototyping to final execution—across all graphic categories
• Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production to ensure timely and cohesive execution
• Present seasonal graphic concepts and strategies to leadership and cross-functional partners with a clear, compelling point of view
• Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging graphic, fashion, and cultural trends to inform and evolve the brand aesthetic
• Collaborate with technical graphics and production teams to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Support innovation in graphic techniques, materials, and processes in partnership with development and technology teams

Minimum Salary: $148,000.00

Maximum Salary: $209,790.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in apparel graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in apparel graphics, brand storytelling, and trend translation
• Deep knowledge of graphic techniques, print processes, and apparel construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced environment
