Job Title: Student Worker - Library

Reports to: Library Staff

Terms and Conditions: Must be a current OPRF student.

Salary: $13.35/hour. This position is not eligible for benefits.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Provide support to library.

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student;
  • Willing to work hard;
  • Willing to learn;
  • Must be able to catalogue books and reference materials;
  • Must have basic knowledge of computers;
  • Must be able to work as a team player;
  • Must provide great customer service;
  • Must have good work ethic;
  • Must maintain good attendance and meet the requirements of the work schedule.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Place books in bookshelves, as well as reshelf misplaced and returned books;
  • Organize and clean bookshelves and computers in the library;
  • Assist classes with copy machines;
  • Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of library as needed;
  • Assist in organizing and cleaning the educational technology department.
