Axela Technologies is a growing technology company in Miami, Florida. We're looking for a Social Media superhero who can help take our social media game to the next level. About this Role: Under the direction of the SVP of Marketing, the Social Media Manager reports to the Communications Manager and will manage, monitor, and maintain social media accounts for the company.
Skill Requirements
- Experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Meta for Business.
- Experience with platforms like YouTube, and Google Business are highly valued but not required.
- Create images, videos, carousels, animations and other visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for use in social media promotion.
- Write short copy (up to 300 words) for social posting, including, but not limited to: Social posts, Google Business posts, review responses, and marketing emails.
- HootSuite publishing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the community association industry (Condos, HOAs and Management companies) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Understand and follow all company Branding and always post using the appropriate brand's voice.
- Publishing Calendar: Set up and maintain regular publishing calendars across the multiple brands for the company to ensure social media accounts follow posting frequency guidelines.
- Reputation Management: Create and maintain company profiles on various business and software review sites.
- Posting & Content Creation: Generate posts appropriate to the brand and platform. Post types include, but are not limited to, event posts, testimonials, product-related, publications, recruitment, culture, and more.
- Communications: Monitor and respond to inbound communications across all active social media platforms for all company brands, and engage with relevant content posted by clients, integration partners, or any others who mention our brands on social media.
- Event Management: Axela’s Sales team participates in 50+ industry events each calendar year, and the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing marketing needs for company events.
- Reporting: Prepare reporting weekly, as well for monthly, quarterly or annual analysis as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
