We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day

operations of our photography studio. This role is perfect for someone with a strong mix of

people skills, administrative skills, creative skills and a passion for client service. The Studio

Manager will play a key role in maintaining a seamless workflow behind the scenes while also

serving as a public-facing representative of our brand at events, with vendors, and online.

Looking for someone that is excited to work at a busy and active wedding and event

photography studio. Willing to train the right candidate that does not have previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Representation

• Manage and grow the studio’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, etc.) through regular posting, engagement, and strategy.

• Write and publish blog posts to highlight sessions, weddings, and studio updates.
• Represent the studio at networking events and vendor meetups.
• Maintain and build relationships with vendors.

Client Experience & Product Delivery

• Help manage and deliver client albums.
• Create and manage online galleries and ensure timely delivery of images to clients.
• Coordinate client gifts, follow-ups, and other touchpoints that enhance the client

experience.

• Cull photos from photographed events (desired but not required).

Operations & Administration

• Maintain and organize digital files.
• Request certificates of insurance and permits when needed.
• Handle scheduling and logistics for sessions, meetings, and studio activities.
• Keep studio clean and organized
• Helping with tasks around studio as they arise

Manage Photo Booth

• Prep the photo booth for events.
• Ensure all gear and equipment are organized, clean, and ready for use.
• Assist with light technical support when needed for shoots or events.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a photography studio, creative business, or similar role preferred.
• Experience in the wedding and/or business event industry is desired.
• Experience with social media tools and blog writing preferred.
• Familiarity with photography workflows and Lightroom.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Must enjoy networking and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently and representing the brand externally.
• Flexible schedule with occasional evening/weekend events

• Training provided as necessary
