We are seeking a driven Studio Manager with a strong sales background to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and help us expand our community presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary sales driver for memberships and retail, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Execute lead follow-up with energy and persistence, turning prospective clients into long-term members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership conversions and retail sales.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Act as the primary sales driver for memberships and retail, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Execute lead follow-up with energy and persistence, turning prospective clients into long-term members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership conversions and retail sales.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed.
Team Leadership & Operations
  • Manage, train, and inspire Front Desk and Play Lounge staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Schedule staff coverage to ensure smooth studio operations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to build a strong, service-focused team.
  • Ensure all studio systems, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
Community Engagement & Events
  • Plan, promote, and host studio events that engage our current community and attract new members.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses to expand community outreach.
  • Represent barre3 Mount Pleasant with professionalism and enthusiasm at community events.
Administrative & Strategic Support
  • Balance in-studio responsibilities with 10 hours of focused, strategic work outside the studio each week.
  • Monitor and manage operational tasks including scheduling, payroll submission, inventory tracking, and retail ordering.
  • Collaborate with studio ownership on growth initiatives and business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven sales background with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and community building.
  • Willingness to work a mix of in-studio shifts and flexible remote hours.
Compensation & Perks
  • $25/hour base pay.
  • 10% commission on all membership and retail sales.
  • Complimentary barre3 membership.
