About the Role:

We’re seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Sag Harbor location with warmth, professionalism, and a sharp design sensibility. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a sophisticated, service-driven environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving showroom sales—while acting as a brand ambassador within the Hamptons community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through our collections with insight and care
• Provide white-glove service through a personalized, consultative sales approach
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through local outreach, follow-ups, and community engagement
• Ensure the showroom is maintained to impeccable standards, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic and values
• Collaborate closely with our design and operations teams to support a seamless end-to-end client journey
• Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience

What You Bring:

• Proven success in high-end retail, showroom management, or interior design sales
• A genuine love for design and a refined, approachable presence
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
• Organizational excellence and attention to visual and operational detail
• Experience with Apple systems, Shopify POS, Salesforce, and similar tools (or ability to learn quickly)
• Knowledge of—or interest in building relationships within—the Hamptons luxury design community
