We are hiring a Salon Assistant & Junior Stylist who is quick, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about supporting our busy workflow. This is a hands-on role that blends salon support, client prep, and entry-level styling responsibilities — perfect for someone already in the beauty industry who wants to grow their skills, build real experience, and eventually specialize in extensions.

Requirements:

• Must live near or within easy commute to Santa Monica
• Cosmetology license or active enrollment in beauty school (preferred)
• Strong understanding of basic salon services: blow-dry, haircut, color application
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
• Interest in hair extensions and a willingness to learn our techniques
• Available at least 3 days per week (flexible schedule available for the right person)
