Description

The Senior Analyst will support the Subscription Growth Lead on growth strategy, initiative sizing, market intelligence and reporting for the global streaming business. The role requires superior strategic insight, detailed modeling and analysis, executive level presentation design skills and a solid understanding of subscription business models. The individual must possess the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and work in a highly cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Decision Support - Build subscription and financial models to support decision making around AppleTV+ growth initiatives
  • Executive Presentations - Build presentations to communicate AppleTV+ financial forecasts, strategic recommendations, business updates and competitive trends for an executive level audience
  • Business Performance Monitoring - Support the tracking and monitoring of key AppleTV+ acquisition & retention metrics, and leading indicators, maintaining dialogue with business leads, Data Science & Analytics and Finance teams
  • Fiscal Planning - Working cross functionally to gather, review and submit inputs for the regular fiscal forecast cycles
  • Market Intelligence - Gather and synthesize insights on the streaming industry and competitive landscape

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a highly analytical role
  • Strong ability to create concise, dynamic executive level presentations
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (preference for experience modeling a subscriptions based business)
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize activities, manage timelines, and communicate status
  • Humble attitude with a strong desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Subscription business experience and strong understanding of business drivers - funnel conversion, subscriber acquisition, churn, customer lifetime value, etc.
  • Entertainment industry knowledge
  • Experience in large, global organizations
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $168,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
