Customer Support Specialist - Music Creation App (Mpls, MN - Contract, Hybrid, no remote applicants)
Job Title: Mobile Support Specialist - Music Creation App
Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN (Hybrid In-person/In-office role). No remote applicants.
Compensation: Hourly pay, $25/hour. Contract role with potential to expand. 10-25 hours per week.

We are a music technology company seeking a Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN-based Mobile Support Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced customer service provider passionate about music production and has intermediate or above knowledge of music production software. Contract role with potential to expand; 10-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our mobile app
Provide prompt and professional customer service to ensure a positive user experience
Work with other teams to identify and report software bugs, provide valuable user feedback, and contribute to the development of new features
Requirements:
Must be located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and available for hybrid in-person/in-office work
Intermediate or above knowledge of music production software (examples: Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or Garageband)
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly proficient and experienced in independently using personal mobile devices, personal computers, and mobile device-based and web-based applications
