Role Overview

As an Associate Video Producer, you will support the full production cycle of short-form videos for our brands, working with top artists, labels, and brands. Responsibilities include planning, on-site shoots, post-production, and ensuring high creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing video productions in-studio and on-location.
• Support project management from conception to delivery.
• Work with talent and foster engaging on-set environments.
• Collaborate with editors and stakeholders to meet creative and client standards.
• Stay updated on social media trends and contribute ideas.
• Support pre-production logistics and post-production review.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social or entertainment-focused video production.
• Hands-on experience with camera, lighting, and audio.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts platforms.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with editors, producers, and talent.
• Passion for music, culture, and internet trends.

Preferred Skills

• Basic editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, Resolve).
• Motion graphics or design skills (After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience in media, labels, or creative agencies.
• On-set leadership experience.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Frame.io.
