We’re building wearable AI tools that help professionals across industries — like healthcare, education, retail, and counseling — work more efficiently. These tools support real-time or post-interaction voice capture, analysis, and smart feedback.

To bring these use cases to life, we create short videos (30–90 seconds) that showcase how the product works in practical, everyday settings. These videos are used in client outreach, demos, and public campaigns — not just social media.

We’re hiring a full-time Creative Assistant to help develop these stories on a weekly basis. This role is based on-site in Anaheim, CA and requires active participation in both creative planning and production.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate on story ideas, user scenarios, and creative concepts
  • Write short, clear scripts that highlight product value through narrative
  • Edit short-form videos with engaging pacing and visual clarity
  • Help plan and shoot scenes — scouting, setup, and on-set support
  • Contribute to character direction, tone, and storytelling flow
  • Work closely with product and sales to align content with real customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience developing or producing short-form video (social, branded, or narrative)
  • Strong storytelling instincts — how to hook, pace, and land a message in under 90 seconds
  • Solid editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut)
  • Creative thinker with a sense of humor and fast execution
  • Comfortable working across varied settings (clinics, offices, homes, shops)
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to experiment

Bonus Skills

  • Experience writing or directing scripted content
  • Background in short-form storytelling, screenwriting, or branded content
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing performers
  • Prior work in B2B content, tech storytelling, or product marketing
  • Familiarity with AI, productivity tools, or voice tech (helpful but not required)
