This role involves traveling across our 50+ school locations to capture and produce high-quality photos and videos that showcase our educational environment, events, and community. Key Responsibilities
LLE Education Group is seeking a creative, flexible, and technically skilled Visual & Digital Media Support professional to document and elevate the visual presence of our LLE Education Group schools. This role involves traveling across our 50+ school locations to capture and produce high-quality photos and videos that showcase our educational environment, events, and community. Part-time arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple school sites to photograph and record video of school facilities / amenities (exteriors, classrooms, playgrounds), activities, events.
- Capture compelling visuals using proper lighting, composition, and setup for both stills and motion.
- Edit and process raw photo and video footage using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) into polished deliverables.
- Organize, archive, and manage a centralized digital asset library, ensuring easy access to edited files.
- Assist in creation of visual assets for internal or external communication, including printed marketing materials and digital assets for websites and social media posts.
- Coordinate equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance for reliable on-site capture.
- Graphic Design: Experience with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva—helpful for creating promotional visuals or refined output.
- Website Editing: Basic familiarity with WordPress to update media galleries or other pages on websites.
- Proven experience in photography and videography, including capture and editing (e.g., through freelance, internship, or part-time roles).
- Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud suite preferred, but Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar are acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—particularly in managing digital workflows and assets.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate with school staff, and adaptability to varying environments and schedules.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites, with potential for occasional evenings or weekends depending on events schedule.
- Flexible schedule allowing for part-time engagement.
- Travel among school sites expected; company mileage reimbursement will be provided.
