K-Designers - Field Marketer

Great Day Improvements, LLC, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to promote our home improvement brand, K-Designers. We are looking for professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and enhance brand awareness. As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage face-to-face with potential clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods across our operating states. Your responsibilities include collecting reviews from previous customers and generating new opportunities with homeowners interested in our products and services. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions from sales you generate, reimbursements for travel costs, and performance bonuses. Please contact the recruiting/hiring manager for more details.

Responsibilities

• Generate highly qualified leads through all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers' offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Collect contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Confidently answer questions and address objections using provided rebuttals to maximize lead generation.
• Transport to assigned events or territories and work independently, representing K-Designers professionally.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to various locations.
• Experience in field marketing, canvassing, door-to-door, or outside sales is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
