Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Role Overview

You’ll be the first dedicated marketer on the team.Think of yourself as a one‑person creative studio who can concept, ship, and analyze campaigns at the speed of a meme, and then iterate until it lands. You’ll be part strategist, part copywriter, part growth hacker, and part creative director. You’ll partner with the founding team to make our AI assistant, Mia, feel unmistakably human to buyers and patients alike while turning curiosity into booked demos and qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the narrative. Craft a distinctive voice and visual style that turns “health‑tech vendor” into beloved brand across website, social, events, IRL collateral, and sales material.
  • Ship fast and stand out. Spin up scroll‑stopping videos, carousels, threads, and micro‑sites in hours, not weeks, using AI tools, templates, and your own taste.
  • Grow the community. Engage healthcare operators, rev‑cycle leads, and digital‑health investors on the social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.); convert lurkers into demo requests and brand advocates.
  • Run “vibe tests.” Design rapid A/B experiments (copy, thumbnails, CTAs) and scale what resonates; sunset what doesn’t.
  • Pipeline partner. Build creative materials for outbound sequences that supercharge our Sales team.
  • Metrics that matter. Establish, track, and report on key metrics, including: follower growth, engagement %, demo‑request attribution, and influenced ARR, to name a few.
  • Go beyond the browser. Test bold, unexpected plays from targeted OOH like billboards and subway takeovers to branded food trucks, podcast partnerships, and whatever crazy idea gets us talked about. If it gets the right people curious, it’s in bounds.

Qualifications

Must‑Haves

  • Healthcare GTM experience: You’ve launched and scaled campaigns in healthcare or health-tech that directly drove acquisition, engagement, or revenue.
  • AI-native: You use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Figma daily to concept, write, design, and ship fast solo.
  • Social hunter-gatherer: You’ve grown a LinkedIn or X presence from 0 → 10k+ followers with content that generated real inbound interest.
  • Copy versatility: You can shift from clinical-grade clarity to irreverent one-liners, always landing with empathy and intent.
  • Data-literate: You interpret metrics, test hypotheses, and translate results into repeatable, scalable playbooks.

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance messaging (HIPAA, SOC 2)
  • Experience marketing to multi-location provider groups or rev-cycle leaders
  • Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills
  • Willingness to experiment with unconventional channels—including OOH, podcast ads, or whatever gets the right kind of attention
