Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in marketing? Join our team as a Field Marketer and act as a brand ambassador for Champion Product lines to potential clients.

As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments at home shows, festivals, or event locations. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects at events. We seek someone positive, energetic, and comfortable with direct client interaction.

Hourly Base Pay : $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities

• Engage potential prospects at canvassing events, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Maintain professional appearance and attire
• Keep a positive attitude in the workplace
• Stay updated on current product knowledge and promotions
• Be reliable and available consistently
• Manage time effectively
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to social media and company culture initiatives
• Use mobile technology for data entry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Engage prospects aggressively and consistently
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Willing to work weekends
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Stand for up to 8-10 hours
• Walk for 4-8 hours
• Willing to travel approximately 10%

In addition to base pay, this position offers commission-based earnings. Top performers can earn between $15-$19/hour plus weekly commissions of $750-$1500 or more. Compensation depends on experience, location, education, and certifications.
