Description

The producer sits at the heart of the App Store, working cross-functionally with design, video, editorial, and production teams to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions and campaigns to our customers.Crucial to this role is the ability to think globally. The App Store Producer will work with teams in multiple countries, timezones, and dependencies. This role is for someone who has a proven track record of cross-functional teamwork, exercises the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality, and operates with urgency, but without a sense of panic.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end production of projects for the App Store and Apple Games
  • Build, refine and communicate the processes and timelines that power content on the App Store
  • Deliver projects against tight and sometimes shifting deadlines, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach
  • Partner with external app developers around the world to ensure they deliver artworks that meet standards and App Store guidelines
  • Manage and screen developer provided artwork assets, ensuring internal teams can use assets without risks or concerns
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional, international teams (including editorial, design, production, business management, localization) to produce high-quality work that excites and engages our audience.
  • Coordinate business affairs and legal approvals where required
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to shape new tools and systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related work experience in digital, UX, or creative production
  • Experience creating and effectively managing project plans for large campaigns, outlining dependencies and managing all stages of production from ideation to launch
  • Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guide
  • Proficient in use of multiple tools, trackers and file storage systems, including DAM systems and apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative Agency experience is a plus
  • Strong record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines and results while juggling many priorities within tight timeframes
  • Resourceful, creative, and results-focused while working in a high-energy environment
  • Excellent social and oral/written communication skills
  • Experience effectively overseeing the asset management process and workflows for large quantities of creative assets, including ingestion, review, approval, handoff, and archiving
  • Experience working with Raster Images, Vector Graphics, Video Files, Audio Files, etc
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
