About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Media Analytics to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a cross-disciplinary team that specializes in transforming data into actionable insights to drive media outcomes. This role involves unifying teams to support thought leadership, strategic direction, and alignment across the agency. The SVP will work closely with the EVP, clients, and agency leads to ensure data accuracy, consistent reporting, and to identify and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiencies. A key aspect of the role is to be the industry-leading voice of analytics innovation, with a focus on the media measurement marketplace and the ability to convert business challenges into strategic opportunities.
Applicants for the SVP, Media Analytics position at the company should have a background in advertising media measurement, ad/mar technology, and exposure to addressable identity solutions. The role requires expertise in people-based marketing, brand research, and measurement across various media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, experience with data visualization, and a proven track record in driving the development of analytics capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, along with at least 11 years of relevant media or analytics experience. The SVP must be adept at building and leading innovative teams, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work with both internal executive teams and senior clients.
