Are you a no-nonsense, high-integrity recruiter who thrives on results and lives for the thrill of the hunt? Do you consistently deliver 30–40 submittals a week and know how to dominate LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and local outreach?
If you’re a rockstar recruiter with 5–10 years of experience across light industrial, accounting, finance, IT, engineering, and skilled trades, we want YOU on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process with urgency and precision
- Submit 30–40 qualified candidates weekly across multiple verticals
- Leverage platforms like Fieldglass, Simplify, 3 Story Beeline, ADP, and more
- Work remotely but stay deeply connected to the Dallas market
- Represent the SkySource brand with excellence and integrity
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in high-volume recruiting
- Expertise in contract staffing and vendor management systems
- Mastery of sourcing tools and outreach strategies
- Relentless drive, zero excuses, and a results-first mindset
