Admin/Marketing Coordinator – $75K–$85K + Benefits | Onsite
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
A fast-paced, growing organization is seeking a Admin/Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing efforts and day-to-day administrative operations. This role combines front-office responsibilities (greeting guests, routing calls, handling paperwork) with hands-on marketing tasks such as updating websites, creating campaigns, and coordinating events.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented — a professional who thrives on variety, can anticipate needs, and takes initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls; present a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor
- Manage office workflows, shared inboxes, and supply orders
- Scan, track, and route invoices and maintain accurate reporting logs
- Support executives with scheduling and administrative projects
Marketing
- Update company website content, design flyers, and create marketing materials
- Execute email campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on brand
- Contribute to content creation and branding initiatives with a creative eye
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
- Proficiency in Constant Contact (or similar email marketing software)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, or campaigns
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office setting
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
- Exposure to small-to-mid-sized company environments where flexibility is key
- Background in B2B marketing or product marketing
