operations, ensuring post-production workflows meet broadcast and digital standards, and
managing A/V systems design, integration, and execution for diverse productions. In
addition, you’ll play a vital role in training and mentoring volunteers and overseeing

• Uphold the highest standards of technical quality, creative excellence, and cultural
relevance across all content.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, feedback, and continual improvement in all aspects
of production.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of leadership experience in television, live production, or creative media.
• Strong working knowledge of audio, lighting, LED, engineering, and stagecraft in both
live and recorded environments.
• Deep expertise in television, production and digital media technology, with a passion for
staying current as the industry evolves.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and production resources efficiently.
• Experience building scalable systems and repeatable workflows in high-output settings.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills across varying levels of experience and roles.
