THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an Associate Events & Experiences Producer to support the planning and execution of high-impact events and brand activations. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver experiences that strengthen brand recognition and engagement in key markets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a passion for creating memorable events that connect with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support large-scale event planning from concept through execution, including timelines, vendor coordination, budgets, and logistics.
Partner with regional and functional teams to ensure seamless planning, alignment, and delivery of event objectives.
Serve as a key point of contact for staffing agencies, production partners, vendors, and even stakeholders.
Oversee asset and merchandise requests, ensuring creative briefs and deliverables align with brand goals.
Travel to support live event execution, including occasional short-notice assignments, nights, or weekends.
Prepare event briefs, recaps, and quarterly reports to capture results, insights, and KPIs for leadership.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan and coordinate content, communications, and promotional materials.
Drive process improvement by helping develop SOPs and workflows, while remaining flexible to evolving business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in events, marketing, brand, or related roles.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to plan and execute events of varying scales and complexity.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Monday.com a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must pass any required background checks.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Ability to travel up to 30% and work nights/weekends up to 40% as needed.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, requiring 2-3 days in-office per week.
