Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytically driven Quantitative UX Researcher to lead the design, execution, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys that inform product development and user experience strategy. This role requires deep expertise in survey methodology, statistical analysis, and hands-on research execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring a strong technical foundation to uncover actionable insights that shape user-centered design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys across multiple product areas
- Design survey instruments and items that yield reliable, valid, and meaningful data
- Apply a range of statistical techniques—including descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests—to interpret user behavior and experience metrics
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform ongoing and future research initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to integrate research findings into strategic decision-making
- Prioritize and manage multiple research projects in dynamic, fast-evolving environments
- Develop and deliver high-impact reports and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, or
- Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
- PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in R, particularly within the Tidyverse ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience in survey design and item development
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and quantitative research methods
- Hands-on experience conducting primary research
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coding in Python
- Background in UX research within consumer-facing digital products or platforms
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with research tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or proprietary survey platforms
