Job Overview:
We seek a hungry, talented designer to create new product innovation. As an
Associate Industrial Designer
, you will bring consumer insight and stellar execution to design initiatives that harness cutting-edge technologies, integrating generative AI and emerging design tools into your workflow while ensuring each concept delivers real-world value.
You will have the chance to work across consumer product categories, from home goods and baby gear to outdoor equipment and kitchen appliances. Guided by leadership, you will collaborate with graphic designers, usability experts, CMF specialists, and engineers to take concepts from initial idea through to reality.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of new product concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping.
Translate design briefs, consumer insights, and trend research into compelling product ideas.
Assist in the creation of design presentations and storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Insights) to refine designs for feasibility and manufacturability.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Build study models and mockups to explore form, ergonomics, and usability.
Ensure design intent is carried through during development, supporting senior designers as needed.
Apply design fundamentals such as proportion, balance, and aesthetics in daily project work.
Develop proficiency in digital design tools (2D + 3D) and continuously expand technical skills.
Maintain awareness of trends in consumer products, materials, and emerging technologies to inspire new design directions.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
0 -3 years of relevant experience in corporate or consulting design
Demonstrated ability to work in team environments

skills with basic CAD modeling, surfacing, rendering, and NURBS. Proficient with SolidWORKS, Rhino, Keyshot, Kaedim or equivalents.
Basic
Motion Design
for animations and video content supporting product storytelling. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Runway or equivalents.
