About The Role

You will be an ambassador for the brand, helping to drive press and brand awareness across key media channels. You will be instrumental in the development and execution of impactful PR campaigns and support efforts to secure editorial coverage. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive communicators with strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling, culture, and community.
What You'll Do
Salary Range: $114,900 - $152,200 USD

About The Role
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting public relations efforts in an energizing, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of PR initiatives, including fashion and brand media outreach (national and regional), product launches, customer events, and brand moments
- Draft and edit written materials such as press releases, talking points, Q&As, and briefing docs to help shape consistent messaging and brand voice
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, influencers, and key social contacts; manage product send-outs, appointments, and outreach follow-up
- Liaise with NYC-based PR agency for all editorial requests and administrative tasks
- Drive coordination of brand and media events, helping manage logistics, vendor communication, and on-site execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, social, and brand teams to ensure integrated communications
- Help monitor and track media coverage, compile reporting, and analyze campaign performance
- Weekly product orders for all editorial, gifting, internal, and external requests
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer lifestyle sectors
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- Collaborative and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong understanding of media landscape and influencer space
- Curious, culturally engaged, and passionate about storytelling at the intersection of brand, fashion, wellness, and community
