Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Designer/Architect to support the Enterprise Platform Services team in transitioning legacy applications and optimizing Salesforce usage.
Responsibilities include: Designing scalable Salesforce solutions and estimating resources, costs, and timelines Collaborating with business units and vendors on strategic and tactical planning Supporting and guiding development teams, resolving escalated issues Recommending tools, standards, and practices across enterprise development Mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to development standards Monitoring platform performance and conducting assessments to ensure system reliability Leading technical discussions and demos as needed Required Skills:
Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solutions design Strong understanding of enterprise application development Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills
