Sr. UX Producer
to support a multi-disciplinary UX team. This role requires a strong background in managing complex design programs that span UX Design, User Research, Human Factors, Content Strategy, and Instructional Design. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at driving clarity, facilitating collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Key Responsibilities Program Management
Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of UX initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional workflows across design, research, human factors, content, and instructional teams. Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Operational Oversight Anticipate and resolve project risks and blockers. Improve team efficiency through process optimization and tooling. Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and program outcomes. Strategic Collaboration Align UX programs with product roadmaps and business priorities. Ensure user insights are embedded into the development process. Support vendor coordination and budget planning when applicable. Team Enablement Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Lead agile ceremonies and UX workshops. Mentor junior contributors and support team development initiatives. Qualifications
7+ years in UX program or project management within cross-functional product teams. Advanced proficiency in JIRA, JPD, Smartsheet, Confluence, or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of UX disciplines: Design, Research, Human Factors, Content Strategy, Instructional Design. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with agile methodology and UX platforms (e.g., Figma, Miro, Confluence). Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred. Background in UX Design or User Research a plus. Additional Attributes
