Recruitment Manager specialized in the Nutraceutical and Wellness Industry

Our client, an innovative health and wellness company, is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing. This leadership role is suited for someone passionate about building brands, shaping creative marketing strategies, and driving business growth within dynamic, science-focused sectors.

**This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all product categories and channels.
• Lead integrated campaignsincluding digital, content, email, social media, and event marketingto expand brand reach and generate leads.
• Work closely with product innovation and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and unified go-to-market strategies.
• Manage annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets in alignment with company goals and industry trends.
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics, leveraging insights to refine approaches and demonstrate ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning across digital and physical touchpoints, including website and marketing collateral.
• Direct content creation and editing, emphasizing product and brand differentiation.
• Oversee strategies for website improvements, SEO, lead generation, and user experience.
• Plan and manage tradeshow and event participation, from messaging to post-event analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a direct management role.
• Documented success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Proven experience designing and integrating social media strategies as part of broader marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership with team and project management expertise.
• Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and working with external partners or agencies.
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Data-driven, proactive, and creative in problem solving.
• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, CPG, personal care, beauty, or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex scientific or technical content into compelling marketing materials.

Compensation: $125,000 base salary plus full benefits!
