Job Position Description:

With a One Team mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals. Grow and develop the customer base by identifying prospects and maintaining regular contact. Conduct follow-up calls to build relationships and educate customers on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide clear pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Achieve established sales goals and expand the customer base. Ensure timely and effective communication. Complete customer jobs to meet or exceed expectations. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in delivering exceptional service, setting us apart from competitors.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
• Generate revenue through consultative marketing
• Maintain and service a top 25 client list, and promote educational events
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the business
• Adhere to safety guidelines during office work and travel
• Build brand awareness, promote the One Team culture, and serve the community
