About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sr. Growth Marketer - SEM to help optimize and scale our paid search strategy across Google and Bing. In this role, youll expand, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns, collaborate across Product, SEO, and BI departments, and use analytics to drive sustained, profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in paid search, a strong analytical mindset to collect and analyze data and identify trends to help achieve maximum growth in paid search campaigns within a target ROI.

The candidate will be well-versed in online customer acquisition. This is the perfect role for someone with proven experience and success managing paid search campaigns.

This is a full-time position, based in Dallas.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing accounts, including campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad creative creation and optimization
  • Execute a performance-driven marketing strategy across domestic and international markets in English and other languages
  • Create, track, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Proactively look for efficient ways to grow traffic and revenue across paid search campaigns
  • Collect and analyze data from search engines and internal sources, identify trends in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and performance
  • Assist in identifying potential new markets and launching relevant local paid search campaigns
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to execute tests around landing page optimization to increase conversion rate and maximize quality score

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of search engine marketing experience (Google, Bing)
  • Previous experience using bulk management tools such as Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor
  • Expert in leveraging platform-specific bidding tools (Google Smart Bidding, Kenshoo, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing, including experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other analytics platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and highly adaptable
  • Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience:

  • Prior startup experience working at an early-stage company
  • Background in the travel industry
  • Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing successful marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience working on search experience products
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling
