Creative Project Manager
Our leading global healthcare client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to work a 12-month assignment with a strong possibility of full-time conversion. This is a hybrid role: candidates must be able to work onsite three days/week in Plainsboro, NJ (can work from home on remaining days, standard schedule is 9am - 5pm ET). The Creative Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of marketing programs from kickoff to launch. This role coordinates across external agencies, Omnichannel, Marketing, Production, and IT teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead multiple concurrent projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Advise on scope changes, quality assurance, and technical execution.
Risk & Issue Management
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Apply best practices to improve cross-functional collaboration.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet project objectives.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycle.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Influence strategic decisions through operational insights.
Strategic Execution
- Develop and manage project plans aligned with business goals.
- Monitor performance and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Seven to ten years of project management experience. Three to five years of commercial digital project management experience. Experience in pharma marketing and product launches preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing assets, CMS, and workflows. Skilled in managing external vendors and cross-functional teams. Proficient in project management tools: MS Project, Workfront, JIRA. Strong production management and quality assurance capabilities.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
