We're looking for a dynamic Creative Services Project Manager to join our team and lead innovative projects with creativity and precision. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships while managing creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of design projects including brochures, ads, presentations, and digital content.
• Ensure project quality, deadlines, and budget commitments are met by coordinating with internal and external resources.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines throughout the creative process.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelors degree in administration, communications, or a related field.
• Over two years of experience in project management within a creative team or advertising agency.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional client relations and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams).
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with project management software like Infowit, Workfront, or BaseCamp.
• Ability to gather metrics and data to inform decision-making and track progress.
