Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Project Manager to lead a large-scale content compliance and migration initiative. This project involves managing approximately 14,000 assets flagged under a federal Executive Order, ensuring they are updated, retired, or migrated within set timelines. The successful candidate will combine strong project management skills with emotional intelligence, guiding teams and stakeholders through complex decisions while maintaining momentum on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the review and resolution of 14,000 flagged content assets for compliance, using Smartsheet and other project tools.
  • Drive decision-making with the Learning team and stakeholders on asset disposition (update vs. retire).
  • Coordinate with content editors to ensure updates are completed within the 90-day compliance window.
  • Manage project workflows, reporting, and visibility of asset status throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Lead the migration of updated content into the new learning platform, Docebo.
  • Leverage this initiative as an opportunity to refresh and modernize content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in content, learning, or compliance-focused projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale asset workflows.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to empower and motivate teams.
  • Experience with learning platforms (e.g., Docebo) and content governance is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Schedule: 32 hours per week, remote
