FX is seeking a Project Manager, Content & Editorial, to manage the production and workflow of audio/visual content for new and returning FX original series, the brand, and strategic initiatives. This includes conceptual teasers, trailers, launch/sustain campaigns, consumer-facing brand campaigns, internal presentations, and special projects.

The Manager will work closely with the SVP and the department to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality. They will serve as the logistical support for all creative personnel on a project and act as the primary contact with other Marketing departments and external creative vendors.

This role requires excellent client communication, strategic problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management processes and digital tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and logistics of projects and campaigns
  • Create logistical systems, lead planning meetings, and handle post-delivery reporting
  • Establish and maintain production schedules, process plans, and resource allocation
  • Oversee project budgets, including tracking and maintaining budgets for shows, non-shows, and resources
  • Coordinate between creative teams, marketing departments, and vendors
  • Partner with operations to archive and catalog content and editorial materials
  • Manage schedules for editors, temporary employees, and department vacations
  • Handle onboarding for temporary staff

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in promotion creative and production roles within a network environment, focusing on AV promotions and editorial
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of broadcasting, production, and marketing terminology
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of editing, network, and broadcast systems from concept to air

The hiring range in Los Angeles, CA is $94,200 to $126,200 annually. Compensation will consider internal equity, geographic location, experience, and other factors. Benefits include medical, financial, and other perks, with potential bonuses or incentive units.
