How You Will Contribute/Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Creative Director will drive innovation across digital and creative platforms, with a strong focus on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions, optimizing SEO performance, and executing compelling, high-impact creative campaigns. Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, this role leads a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals. The Director will use data-driven insights and performance analytics to continuously refine marketing efforts, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. The Director will design and implement strategic marketing initiatives that compel clients, families, and referral sources to choose the company's programs. This includes contributing directly to achieving or exceeding budgeted inquiry, call, and admission targets, while also strengthening the brand's presence, visibility, and reputation across all service lines.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. AI & SEO Strategy Leverage the latest AI tools and SEO best practices to maximize placement in search and AI-driven platforms and local search.
  2. HubSpot Marketing Automation Manage email campaigns, social media, lead nurturing, and active lists to engage and grow our audience.
  3. Team Leadership Oversee a small but effective creative team of video, graphic designer, web design, SEO specialist, and editorial, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Develop and present reports on campaign performance, market trends, and results to facility and senior leadership.
  5. Vendor Collaboration Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure accountability for results.
  6. Paid Media (PPC) Along with the VP of Marketing, help oversee the Google Ads/PPC campaigns with a focus on results-driven optimization, reducing costs, and improving conversions.
  7. Web & Content Management Oversee website management, including the department's process of content updates, page layouts, CSS, and backend functionality.
  8. Project Management Ensure team stays on task using task management tools, such as Monday.
  9. Master all marketing data and analysts - Partners with admissions and IT to leverage all current systems with marketing data points both within Odyssey.
  10. In partner with VP of Marketing and Communications- trend and project results against current budget metrics and create new annual budgeting targets for next year.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Provides regular and ad hoc reports and data analytics demonstrating action and impact.
  2. Assists with website maintenance, performing regular enhancements and monthly updates.
  3. Performs other duties as assigned.

What We Are Seeking/Education and Experience:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent in education and experience, and 5+ years of strong digital marketing experience. Requires previous successful experience in a matrixed organization to include success managing internal and external stakeholders.
