RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain product knowledge across our suite of offerings
• Design meaningful and purpose-driven layouts that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their small business
• Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives while maintaining a positive mindset
• Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with marketing partners
• Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for web and beyond
• Advance a strong point of view, backed by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and narrow based on experimentation and customer research
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and expectations effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing-related design with a relevant online portfolio and proven business impact
• Deep desire to make all design functional and beautiful across web, email, and marketing funnels
• Strong business acumen and experience partnering with marketers and designers
• Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
• Advanced experience with Figma, including component libraries and asset export
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Curiosity and commitment to innovation and driving results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Effective at explaining design rationale
• A strong portfolio showcasing craft and collaboration

The pay range is an estimate based on current market data and may vary. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and performance. This role is not eligible for bonuses or commissions.
