Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Great design work helps build brands and connect with customers. Thats why Sams Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer and visual storyteller!
Reporting to the Head of Brand and part of the MAP marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining our design system and brand identity, to be used in presentations, video, websites, and other marketing materials.
The Senior Graphic Designer is a conceptual thinker and problem solver who will work with teams across the Sam's Club organization. You will help our team create PowerPoint decks, infographics, and design systems in support of the sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

This role can be located at our Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ office.

What youll do...
- Master the dark arts of PowerPoint and presentations, creating compelling and effective visual stories
- Design infographics, charts, and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite
- Evolve the Sams Club MAP brand guidelines to elevate internal and external communications, with opportunities to create new brands and design systems
- Evaluate existing presentations for visual improvements and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Figure out how to make our exciting new business grow and adapt
- Keep track of deliverables and stay organized
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for junior associates and designers, while handling multiple projects and deadlines with grace.
- Have an instinct for layout, typography, and presentation design
- You are very goodbut preferably legendaryat Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. Light animation and video skills a plus!
- Have great time management, written communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Have a graphic design, marketing, or communications background
- Have a great looking portfolio with work samples
- Have 6+ years experience in design, advertising, marketing, interactive design or retail preferred
- Have a Bachelors degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field, but your work samples matter more
- Have working knowledge of HTML / Java / responsive design also great!

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
