As a Top 10 seller on Amazon and TikTok in the U.S., were driven by innovation, transparency, and the power of storytelling. Were currently seeking a motivated and responsible Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our TikTok Marketing team.

Role Summary

As an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, youll help manage and energize our Discord affiliate channels, collaborate with creators and our content team to scale on-brand UGC, and run TikTok campaigns that grow creator relationships and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term affiliate/creator partnerships that fit our brand; source, vet, onboard, and nurture performance
• Manage and grow the Discord affiliate communitymoderate channels, run engagement initiatives, and keep the server active and welcoming
• Co-develop authentic, high-converting content with creators (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and coach partners on best practices
• Launch and coordinate online activations (giveaways, livestreams, challenges) to drive engagement and GMV
• Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end (briefs, seeding, timelines, assets) and ensure content/contract compliance
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV) and provide actionable insights
• Stay up to date with platform trends, influencer marketing best practices, and TikTok culture
• Assist with PR events, brand activations, and influencer collaborations to boost visibility

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing with measurable social-commerce results (TikTok preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsable to work with creators to improve outcomes
• Detail-oriented and organized; ensure content/contract compliance and on-time delivery across partners
• Familiarity with Discord community ops (moderation, engagement) or ability to ramp quickly
• A keen interest in sales and social media trends, especially TikTok
• Proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator marketplaces, or affiliate platforms
• Familiarity with content creation for social media: short-form scripting and storytelling; basic editing or rigorous asset QA
• Track record of activating giveaways, livestreams, challenges, and PR/brand events; able to recruit high-potential affiliates
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings with an owner mindset and strong bias for action
• Exposure to brand building, digital strategy, or community engagement
• Hands-on creator experience (youve run your own channel/account) strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Salary and Compensation

• $60K-$75K yearly base salary plus performance-based bonus
