Qtego Fundraising Services has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator position in Indianapolis, IN.Qtego assists non-profit organizations with their fundraising events through leading technology and service. Qtego manages events nationwide ranging from galas, golf outings, walk-a-thons, as well as many other types of fundraisers.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing various marketing initiatives, coordinating trade shows, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, creativity in content design, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketing Coordination:

Collaborate with outside marketing groups and content writers to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Assist in designing and distributing social media content tailored to our brand.

2. Trade Show Management:

Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, including booth design, setup, and breakdown.

Order and manage inventory of promotional items for trade shows and events.

3.Travel and Accommodation Arrangements:

Coordinate travel logistics for trade shows and sales meetings, including booking flights and hotel accommodations.

Assist in preparing for sales meetings, including arranging locations, sending invitations, and preparing materials.

5.Lead Management:

Monitor and distribute incoming leads from the website to appropriate sales team members in a timely manner.

Participate in product design discussions, providing marketing insights and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.

Design and send out holiday cards and other customer communications, ensuring a personal touch.

Ship promotional supplies and materials to customers and prospects.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a related role is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
